Bring back your self-confidence and thrive

Bring back your self-confidence,

and do not fear the often destroying professional hierarchy or social peer pressure.

In the office, at home, when you are traveling or commuting somewhere, you might sometimes have the feeling of being totally misunderstood and underestimated. You are doing a great job and you know it, but your colleagues, friends or even family members all around keep trying to pinpoint your weaknesses, in order for them to discredit your work and faster grab new enviable positions within the hierarchy of your company or social group. You compare your work to their work and you feel vulnerable and you even sometimes question yourself to know if you deserve to be in this position. Does it sound familiar?

You don’t deserve to be treated like that. Your mind and brain have better things to do than paying attention to the childish behavior of your colleagues and friends.  You will spend 80% of your life in an office trying to work on different activities or roles.

So now, ask yourself if money is the only drive in your life or if instead, it is chasing happiness that should have a larger part within your life and career objectives? Will you let your colleagues madly continue to try pursuing their objectives by pulling you down ? Or, will you fight for your own position and for a new stronger you?

You have to understand one thing very important. If your HR representative has chosen YOU to perform that job, that means nobody but YOU can achieve this job. Even if you are facing a toxic environment of harsh criticism and undeserved treatment, you have to act. Stand up and teach yourself how to be self-confident.

Here are a few quick pointers:

  1. Know your inner Qualities and Values => Believe in your Future
  2. Be Carefree and Zen => It leads to more Happiness
  3. Know when to say NO  => It often leads to less Drama
  4. Do not constantly compare yourself to Others => Believe in your own Uniqueness
  5. Meditate and defog your mind => A clear mind leads to rise and shine moments
